What are my payment options?
We accept online payment methods cards and Paypal. Prepayment options are available and allow your account to be debited monthly according to your plan and number of fans. Contact ilya@devcrowdy.com to discuss these options.
If I have a question about my invoice, who should I contact?

Can I purchase more fans but stay in the same plan?
You sure can. Additional fans can be purchased for a nominal fee without the need to upgrade to a higher plan. Access to additional fans is based on your company’s exact requirements and can be discussed with one of our team members during your company’s evaluation.

What if I pick the wrong plan?
No problem. You can switch plans at any time.
Are there any contracts?
Nope. Our payments are subscription based. You will be notified 30 days before your annual plan is set to renew. It will automatically renew until you cancel the plan.
